One of the many challenges that several youth soccer clubs or organizations face is finding an effective training program and often a suitable Technical Director or Director of Coaching to oversee and implement it.
Having a sufficient number of good, qualified or volunteer staff capable of coaching the syllabus may pose another challenge. The INSIDE SOCCER Club Support program is designed to provide a solution for all by delivering our “Foundation to Excellence” Program, an unparalleled player development and coach education ON-FIELD & ONLINE complete support service.
On-field program
For players and club volunteer coaches
Our “Foundation to Excellence” program helps develop young players of all abilities in their local centers and give them a chance to progress to a level that suits their capabilities. Through prior consultation we will supply an age-appropriate training program for recreation, competitive and premier players. Our expert staff will deliver practices across a variety of coaching themes that are fun, game related and which offer the players a positive learning experience.
At the same time both club staff and volunteer coaches alike can observe and learn how to construct sessions that help develop players technically, physically, socially (interaction with other players, communication) and mentally (improve game awareness, decision making). All of which is designed to help transfer the club philosophy onto the field.
Online support program
For players and club volunteer coaches
INSIDE SOCCER currently has a library of drills and practices that exceeds 2,000 minutes of published content. With a further 700 minutes of footage in post-production and new content always being sourced, we have one of the most comprehensive libraries of soccer information anywhere on the web, much of which is provided by some of the biggest soccer clubs in the world. We now also have a suite of products that will allow an Organization, Club, or Center to be managed more efficiently and comprehensively. Through video support and written guidance (session plans) we will give all club staff, volunteer coaches and players the support tools to guide them through the season and help them achieve their aims.
